This application was designed to help keep records of visitors to a location.
Visitor Data
1. This application does NOT automatically store any visitor / personal information of any sort. The visitor information stored in the system is explicitly entered or initiated by the user of this application.
2. Under normal operations, the visitor data is stored locally on the installed device.
3. The safe keeping and security of the data stored by this application is ultimately the responsibility of the user of this application. This includes all back-ups, print-outs, files, etc, as generated by the application, and which the soft copies may or may not be stored locally on the installed device as determined by the user.
4. It is strongly recommended that the installed device be secured with a strong password, and to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to the device. Change the password frequently and / or if it is suspected that it has been compromised.
5. For data recovery, it is also strongly recommended that the installed device is backed up automatically to an Apple iCloud account. Otherwise, should the device be lost or malfunction, the data will not be recoverable.
6. For added protection, the Back-Up function may be used at user determined frequencies to save copies of the data. However, the safe keeping and security of these copies is entirely the user’s responsibility.
7. The accuracy, verification and validation of the data stored with this application is the responsibility of the user. To facilitate accuracy, the installed device has to be set to the correct location, time zone, date and time. Furthermore, while various data input verification and validation checks have been incorporated into the application, the user must continue to manually verify and validate the data for accuracy and correctness.
8. The developer / service provider of this application makes no warranties or guarantees with regards to the security, accuracy or validity of the data store within / by this application. If the in-built features of this application is deemed to be insufficient, please immediately discontinue usage.
General
1. In order to properly use this application, the following is required:
– An valid and non-expired account (non-evaluation).
– This application must be installed on an internet-connected (WiFi, Cellular or both) device, and the device should be password protected at all times. The device must be reset / cleared of this application should the device be sold or transferred to another user. That is, if the device is sold or transferred to another user, the application should be completed deleted prior to hand over to the receiving party.
2. Each account can only be used on 1 device at any 1 time. To reinstall the application or to use this application on another device, first appropriately back up the data to a secure and accessible location, and log out from the original installation.
3. The developer / service provider makes no warranties or guarantees with regards to this application and / or its use. The use of this application are done entirely at the user’s own risk.
4. The developer / service provider reserves the right to terminate this service / application at any time and without any prior notice.
5. The developer / service provider reserves the right to amend / change these terms & conditions at any time and without any prior notice.
Important Notice: While the developer / service provider takes personal data protection very seriously, the respective users remain ultimately responsible for its obligations and compliance with regards to any Personal Data Protection requirements and / or obligations. In this regard, the developer / service provider makes no warranties or guarantees and bears no responsibility whatsoever for any non-compliance to any Personal Data Protection requirements and / or obligations whether or not it was as a result of using this application.
